hi, its been a week i play with an old dos like game on my recent pc. everthing is fine until yesterday, my screen resolution has stayed lower ( since the game change my pc resolution every time it plays, it had always return to normal resolution after closing it ).

yet, since yesterday , my pc wont return to original resolution. my pc has been shut off for hours and start after , yet even if the software is closed, and seeing upon task manager nothing weird, yet the resolution dosnt return.

if i go change the resolution manually, it does change but you know like distorded. it seems like the screen has always the ''600x400'' modifier just above the pc resolution, so no matter what itllhave this unliked resolution.

searched on this forum, and read maybe i should uninstall and reinstall my AMD radeon HD's driver, maybe this could help.

ill see what i can do.

alright ! haha !

ive simply came on to my card's driver, and clicked on ''search for driver on the internet'' stuff you know.

so it tells me they just found and download the driver, and suddently , resolution comes back to normal.

its weird, isnt it ?

seems like this old dos game has messed around with my VGA( video ) driver and probably deleted it ...

i guess i will use my motherboard's graphic instead of video card to play that game if i dont want any further issue(s).

so this is fixed
