Hi after downloading sky go on my desktop the player will not play live tv because of my screen resolution. I have tried changing the resolution in settings but the monitor message says it's out of range. Any ideas on how to rectify this please? Thanks

You mean besides buy a better monitor? I suspect you need one that is 720 at minimum and 1080 preferred.
