Good night. On Saturday i found a "error" ( in my opinion ) on my laptop.. I bought it 14 days ago.. This is the portable: http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/NX.MNJAA.002 ( Yes, I am sure that this is the laptop in the case of after you read what is below think that is another model, the model is the same. ) As you can see on the site, the screen is full hd 1920 by 1080.. The problem is this.. The screen resolution maximum that I can use is 1366 x 768.

Im sorry about the language on prints, im Portuguese :)

As you can see I cannot increase the screen resolution.. Here are some prints of computer hardware.

If anyone knows what can I do to get the resolution that I will be very grateful indeed. Compliments and rest of a good night.

PS: If the topic is not in the right place I would be grateful if someone move it, i am new in the forum..

iF there is a dedicated graphic card (Nvidia) in your laptop then why are u using setup and driver of integrated graphics (Intel HD). Install the Nvidia driver and setup and again check the resolution.

I already have the Nvidia driver and the setup and still can't change :\

1. Right Click on Desktop
2. Select nVidia Control Panel
3. In left panel select "Manage 3D Settings"
4. In right panel select Global Tab
5. Under "Preferred Graphics Processor" select "Auto-Select" and hit APPLY button

Now try again and see if it properly selects correct GPU. If not

6. Repeat steps 1 thru 3 above
7. In right panel select "Program Settings" tab
8. Under section 1., check the box for "only programs on this computer"
9. then hit the "Add" button and find the program that you want to run on nVidia card
10 Go down to section 2. and select nVidia processor

restart and check the resolution.
