screen say no support when booting up

prior to booting up a "no support" messages show up and then after several seconds it boots to windows. however this just started happening when my pc contracted the doj virus and I cant boot in safe mode as this "no support" message seems to interfere,,,,any help would be great

I am on a working pc as the one with the problem has me totally blocked.
