Screen showing some blurry white line when game launching

I got my MSI GTX1080 8GB and 600w PSU, i7-8700 and 16GB DDR4 (8GBx2)

It work fine but just when I launch games it's show some blurry white line on my screen.

Anyone know what is the main problem of this thing happen. Is there solution?

There's so much we can do without seeing the issue. Could you take a picture? Anyway, are your drivers up to date and do you have the card overclocked?

My drivers is up to date, and the picture cant show the blurry when i capture it, the blurry is like horizontal white line blinking

It could be either a bad video cable (depending on what are you using to connect pc with monitor) or loose connection with the video cable.
Or it could be that the graphics card might be not working properly but take that as a last guess
