Question Screen starts to grow white after changing cloning Hard Drive to SSD

I got a WD Blue 500gb SSD and cloned the files on my hard drive onto the SSD. Everything worked fine right there until I set the SSD as the boot drive in bios. I tried going back to the hard drive without the SSD connected but the problem is now on it too. The pixels on my screen start to grow become a white grain whenever I move my mouse or when teres any kind of input then after it grows a certain amount it resets and starts to grow again. I booted into safe mode already and the problem went away. Is there a fix I can do without reinstalling windows entirely as I don't have a USB to do it with.

i believe your GPU is busted
