Screen stretches on sides of monitor

Hi,

Been having this issue now for weeks and can't seem to figure out what setting it is. It's like looking into a lens. The center of the screen is normal but the sides seem like it's zoomed or stretched. They are calling it fish view. What setting is causing this to happen in games?

If you connect a different monitor, does the issue still happen?

Yes it still happens. I don't know what I did but I was playing a game in first person view. The right click would zoom my view out and give me that fish effect. Ever since, something went bad. I don't know, something must have gone wrong in my settings. Noticed it while playing Overwatch today that it wasn't just one game. It was all games.
