Screen suddenly goes either white or blue

I've recently moved so my pc has been left unused for about a month. I just set it up for the first time in a while and ran into some problems. After the first boot I received a blue screen telling me I had not restarted correctly so I went through with what it told me to do. Now, my screen will randomly either go blue, white, or white with stripes. I cannot seem to find a solution/what the problem is exactly. Any ideas?

Sounds like either your VGA moved in the slot, or the cable or both. Resit your card in the PCI(e) slot, then unplug and re-plug the cables both on the card and the monitor side and try again.
