Screen tearing Csgo

Started to get a lot of screen tearing in csgo. Seemed to be working fine last week. Then I stopped playing for a week and I come back and there is a lot of screen tearing. I have tried:
Putting v sync on adaptive in nvidia cntl panel (cause a lot of input lag)
Borderless full screen (still had slight screen tearing)
Putting vsync on ingame

Don’t have any screen tearing in other games. Just cs


Edit: i have a gtx 960 2gb ssc, and a 60hz monitor dvi

After looking online for about 8 hours i contacted evga support (which is amazing) and they told me I should rma the card.
