Question Screen tearing even with Gsync and vysnc

Hello all,

Any idea why I am still getting screen tear in game? I have Gsync enabled and vsync turned on in the control panel and have my fps set at 141.

Any idea why I am still getting screen tear in game? I have Gsync enabled and vsync turned on in the control panel and have my fps set at 141.

Some games just disregard any settings you use and use their own one,if this happens with every game you play only then you should search for generic problems.
