[SOLVED] Screen Tearing/Flicker near top of screen (Asus Monitors G Sync Monitors)

Hello, so I went away for a couple of days but when I got back home. I noticed that both of my monitors have this issue where there's some kind of screen tearing/flicker at the top of the screen (usually in programs like Google Chrome, or anything with a light background) and it's been bothering me quite a bit. I've tried enabling G Sync for Full-Screen mode only and enabling V Sync but it didn't work. Is there any way to fix an issue like this?
The monitors I'm using are the Asus TUF VG27A and VG249Q, with the former being my primary monitor.

This problem is caused by the latest drivers
Go back to the x.12 version of previous month and the problem is gone again.
