Question Screen tearing in video playback with freesync on with RX 580

So I have the monitor LG 22mp68vq. I can play games fine without tearing with freesync on. However, when I try to watch videos with Potplayer/MPC BE, there is screen tearing only when freesync is on. Any idea how to solve it?

Have you ruled out the player itself and/or the media content by using another player like VLC or even K-lite's codec pack player?

Well I tested with Potplayer, MPC BE, KMplayer.. these 3 had tearing.. but there is no tearing with VLC and SMplayer.. however, isn't it weird to happen? I do not know what to blame, the 3 software or AMD :/
