screen tearing on 50' lcd tv

hi im using my 50' samsung tv for watching movies and videos mostly from my computer and im getting some screen tearing,not a massive amount but enough that its annoying. was wondering if anyone had any idea how to fix this

samsung is not very good tv's for motions, i remember also that i managed to burn in vertical tripes on a samsung lcd. try a lg tv or something.
