Screen Tearing on Monitor

I have screen tearing on my monitor ever since I got a second monitor. Weird part is that only one will tear at a time. Sometimes it will stop tearing and other monitor will start tearing. I can't find any fixes that relate to my issue.

AMD Radeon R7750
Intel Core 2 Duo
8 GB 800 MHz
Monitor 1 Resolution 1080 x 1920
Monitor 2 Resolution 1050 x 1680
Monitor Refresh rate for both is 60 Hz

One is connected with a DVI cable, other is connect will a DVI to HDMI converter. Both monitors don't have HDMI ports.

I have found the solution. Radeon display drivers were the problem. I didn't bother to check because when I update to 19.1.1 it would say to update to 19.1.2. When I do that it says to go back to 19.1.1. It's an endless cycle and still does it. At least it's fixed.
