I was playing Battlefield1 and all of a sudden im the map Amiens after the train was destoryed I satrted to stutter often, hadnt happened before, I am wondering how I can fix stutter with Vsync because without it I get 70-80+ fps most of the times, but then the screen tearing is bad, so II am wondering what could be the cause of my issue and how can I solve it?

I had no problems running games, but all if a sudden one day after 15mins of playing like usual I started getting stutters/lower frames, I only really play 1 game which is BF1, so I would like to know if there are ways I could fix this and what could be causing this, thank you in advance.

Specs:
Gtx 1660S
Ryzen 5 2600
