[SOLVED] Screen Tearing visible with Freesync ON

I have an AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB Graphic Card and suddenly have been noticing screen tearing in games and in video even with the latest Beta (Optional) Drivers from AMD and with Freesync turned ON.
I have tried uninstalling the Graphics Driver using DDU and reinstalled it but still no luck.

I am currently playing Assassin's Creed Syndicate and the framerates are around 40-55 on average.
Monitor: HP 22f @75Hz
How do I check Freesync Range?

Freesync range is usually included with the monitor's spec sheet. Could say between 40~75Hz for example. If not inside Freesync range, as in if you're under 40fps or over 75fps, screen tear can happen if vsync is disabled. Was wondering if you've tried enabling vsync.

I could see screen tearing even with V-Sync on.
And also when I check the frame rate using steam, at times it shoots to around 120fps even with v-sync turned on.

Yeah, vsync shouldn't allow fps to reach so high above maximum refresh. Im not sure why that is sorry.

Turning the Enhanced Sync setting in AMD Radeon Center fixed this issue.

With AMD Radeon Center, Turning off Radeon Freesync and Turning on Enhanced Sync Worked For Me. I have the same Card.
