Question Screen tearing with Benq Zowie Xl2411P

I have no idea why I'm getting screen tearing. My friend has the exact same monitor and isn't experiencing any screen tearing.

My specs are:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
Ram - Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2666MHz
Motherboard - Gigabyte B450 Aorus M

Please ask any questions, its really bothering me...

Does your friend have vsync enabled? Without vsync or a variable refresh rate feature like gsync or freesync you can see tearing anytime your fps is above or below 144fps or whatever the refresh rate of your monitor is. It can be less noticeable at certain framerates but it's there.
