Screen tearing with GTX 960 and Acer K242HLbd monitor

Hi, i have upgraded my GPU to GTX 960 and bought new monitor Acer K242HLbd, but since then im having terrible screen tearing (in videos, scrolling etc..) I thought V sync will fix it, but nothing seems to work (V sync, triple buffering etc...). I also tried to use my old monitor, but it was the same, so it seems problem is somewhere in GPU. Any ideas gentlemens?

Try updating your GPU drivers and see if that fixes anything.

Ive made clean instalation of drivers when i changed GPUs.

Ive enabled window transparency (Aero) and it worked.

I recently upgraded to a GTX 960 from a GTX 570.

Enabling Aero corrected the massive screen tearing while watching video. Maybe Windows doesn't enable hardware acceleration unless Aero is enabled? Totally did not think that would work but it did...

Strange that did not have the screen tearing issue with GTX 570 Aero turned off.
