I had a old 60hz dell monitor. While i was gaming i noticed alot of screen tearing, i couldn't bare it anymore and got a 144hz Asus vg248qe. I got it because some of the reviews said that they don't experience screen tearing anymore with it (and the the buttery smooth 144hz). But i still get screen tearing with it. I tried vsync, but its probably worse then the screen tearing with the input lag. Tried it with Triple Buffering aswell, still input lag. So is there any fixes that get me smooth gameplay with no screen tearing and also no delay. Thanks!
PC spec
AMD 8320 (non oc)
evga 760 sc
Thats basicly all i know :??:

Solution
Well you likely were not even pushing 60 fps on the old monitor with a 760. G-Sync could have helped more than an increased frame rate monitor with that video card. I say G-Sync because you have an Nvidia card. Could just as easily be Free-Sync if you had an under powered AMD GPU. I say under powered relative to your ingame settings.

The thing you have at your disposal now to improve it is lowering ingame settings to match as best as you can, to the frame rate delivered by the GPU.

A 144Hz monitor can only provide you those extra frames if your GPU is capable of pushing them. It doesn't work the other way around.
