i was playing cod:mw and my screen turn off then i closed my pc and i opened it up again and its fine

So it runs fine but i noticed when i Alt tabbing its doing the black screen

Out of curiosity does anything funky happen with the sound? Like a jittering sound?

I've had similar problems when my graphics driver has a fatal crash and doesn't recover.
