Screen turns black on youtube HELP!

I've build my own computer last month and its runs great i can run any game without a problem. but whenever i went on the internet usually on YouTube my computer goes black but my tower still stays on. its happen multiple times. sometimes the screen turns Teal with black skinny stripe lines. this only happens when im on YouTube or a watching a video. i don't think its my graphics card because if i can run The Witcher 2, Oblivion, Fallout 3, Starcraft 2, and such on high settings and doesn't crash it wouldn't be that. I also went from firefox to google chrome but it seems to do the same thing. i updated all my drivers and i re installed flash player thinking it could be that but no.

my specs are

AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.4Ghz processor
msi 870-g45 mobo
WD 500g hard drive
sapphire Radeon HD 6790 1gb GDDR5
VisionTek 650w psu
Crucial 8gb DDR3 1333 ram
4 fans 2- 120mm size fans on side and back 2- 140mm fans on the top

Sounds like an issue with your Adobe Flash plugin. I would try reinstalling it or disabling hardware acceleration.
