Question Screen turns black when I boot iMac

Hello guys,

I have an iMac 24" from late 2009.

I got this problem when i want to boot my PC, I get the Apple logo, but then turns black.
It started when i tried to upload photo's via mail, I think it's some kind of setting that is giving me a hard time.

start your Mac in verbose mode, it removes the apple boot logo and prints a list of what's happening during the boot process on your screen
