Question screen turns green and sound also glitches out

from time to time, my screen turns green and my sound also glitches out. anybody knows what might be causing this to happen? i’ve tried reinstalling my nvidia drivers and also buying a new DP cable but the problem is still happening sometimes. Thanks in advance
