Question Screen turns off when PC is idling and doesn't turn back on.

Back in August, I've posted about a problem I've had with my PC freezing at boot up. The issue have been resolved, mostly when I played around with the voltage, with occasional freeze up on boot up.

However, I have a new issue where my screen turns off when the PC is idling or after a long inactivity period and the screen doesn't turn on, so I have to reboot the PC.

Things I've tried so far:

1. I turned off the auto screen turn off, hibernation, auto shut. I've tried to create a new power plan.
2. Ran the Windows memory test and the memtest. All passed.
3. Bios and drivers have been updated.
4. I've tried to run with 1 and 2 RAM sticks.

I am looking for any suggestions.

Motherboard - MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max
RAM - G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB DDR4 3600MHz CL16 Dual Channel Kit (4 x 8GB)
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 5600XT
Power Supply - Cooler Master V550 Gold Semi-Fanless Modular 80+ Gold Power Supply, 550W
Boot Drive - Western Digital Blue SN550 M.2 PCI-E NVMe SSD, 500GB
OS - Windows 11

Faulty power supply or just not strong enough? If so, how much wattage would you suggest?
