Screen went black and flickers

I have a 17" Dell LCD .... the screen went black and i can see a small bit of light flickering. I believe the CCFL tubs have gone bad. I know how to get to them for replacement BUT i dont know where to buy the replacements. Can anyone out there help?

i'm assuming it is out of warranty. if so and googling doesn't help then pop over to the dell forums. there are guys there that should know where to get individual parts.
