Screen went dim to 1 % luminosity Please Help :(

My GPU is 460 GTX GS Gainward 2 Gb , and i had some random
black screen problems past week for 1-5 sec ( i could hear sounds and do operations )and now luminosity went so dim cant see anything on screen.
Changed drivers changed termal paste nothing works .
Is it dead? Can it be fixed? is it worth fixing or just buy a new card?
Edit:I did test with another old gpu and the problem is gone( as i first though its my monitor because luminosity is dim even on bios load and stuff)

If another video card in your system did not have the same issue, test your 460 in another system and see if issue follows it. Also try a different output.

Output as in Dvi and not Vga?
Btw what is the best card for a 200-300 $ is gtx 960 good? the 128 bit isnt bad?

Yes try whatever output you were not using.
