Screen went from color to black and white AMD

Hello so earlier today I was on my PC and suddenly my screen went from colored to black and white. I have been trying to fix it with no luck. When I uninstall AMD catalyst install manger and control center, then restart I get color but as soon as i reinstall the drivers it goes back to black and white. Also when I installed the windows 10 drivers my catalyst control center wouldn't open, even when i would tell it to run as administrative.

Graphics- Asus r9 270x
OS- Windows 10 home

Edit: I have already reseated the graphics card, and unplugged the cable and replugged it in. I have also changed both he cable and the port on the TV (I am using HDMI). Right now I have color because i have uninstalled the drivers but if i reinstall them it cuts back to black and white.

You might try and replug in your monitor cable. If it comes loose, it is possible to lose color, or at least, one of the colors. A card that comes partially unseated can also cause color changes yet still run.

Thank-you for your replie. I did not have it in the initial description but have have already pulled out the card and reseated it, also i have tryed repluging in the cord and have tried a diffrent cord and port on the TV. Right now i have color output because i have the drivers uninstalled, but when i install the drivers the color cuts out.

Ah, that might be a driver issue then.
