Question Screens Freeze and System Crashes

Hello,
For the past few days when I attempt to play games, both of my screens freeze up and all audio immediately cut out. The only way to get out of this is a hard restart.
I've attempted to fix the issue by updating and reinstalling drivers related to the issue. I also downloaded a program that shows my temps and nothing seems out of the ordinary.
No matter what I do I can't seem to fix the issue. Another thing to note is that sometimes everything works just fine; however, the freezes inevitably return.
Do you guys think its a software issue or a hardware issue?

Well most times is driver issue but if you clean install them and still the same happens maybe its a power issue for start check the connectivity with the gpu and the psu. Maybe try to update the bios too. Most of the prebuilt pc companies use cheap psu or minimum psu for the system.
