Screens go black as fans spin up

So this has been happening recently (twice today) and the first was putting in my password when i turned my computer on and the second was browsing reddit.
Both my screens go black and I lose all my sound while my graphics card fans spin up really fast and then have to force shut down, the first time this happend (about a month ago) after I restarted it I got a message Problem Event Name BlueScreen.

I can't see why this would be happening and the most hard core game I play is Arma 3

i7 3770k
16gb ram
stock CPU fan
corsair CX 750 M
GTX 780 3GB MSI

BCCode 116 is unrecoverable error during video operation. How's Your thermals of Your VGAs GPU? Doesn't she overheat? How's her idle/burn temperature? What happens when You run FurMark? How are temperatures holding up?
