Screensaver virus removal?

I've clicked on one of those links to download the screensaver virus, that traded all your items out of curiosity.I had logged out of my Steam account before I did it though. Nothing was lost. I'll probably change my password later too.

Now, how do I remove it? I haven't touched it yet. It's been trying to open Steam, but failing. I've run MAW and it found one Registry Key virus, and has quarantined it. What should I do now?

You should un-quarantine it, then manually delete the virus registry key, and also remove the virus files.
And if it opens the program on boot, then delete from startup tab in taskmgr and/or msconfig.

Try using Hitman Pro Kickstart.
