Question Screenshots in Safe Mode.

Is it possible to take a screenshot in safe mode? I have tried the Print Screen key and the Snipping Tool, but neither seem to work in Safe Mode. Any help welcome, thank you.

Yes, windows(key)+shift+S is the shortcut on the keyboard. Press and hold down your left mouse button, drag the box across(that appears over) your target area and then let go of the mouse click. You could also just hit Print Screen key on your keyboard.

Thanks. I did try the Print Screen key, but nothing happened. When I press it in ordinary mode, it brings up the Snipping Tool. Will try you other suggestion.

Hello, tried the 'Windows(key)+shift+S is the shortcut on the keyboard' suggestion. Nothing happened, no box.
It *does* work in normal mode, bringing up the Snipping Tool. However, I want something that works in Safe Mode.

Did you try pasting after using the print screen button? The old function used to be to just put the image in the clipboard. I use MS Paint when I want to get everything and manipulate it.

Though honestly I haven't tried using the snipping tool in Safe Mode, not sure why it wouldn't work. You could maybe get a third party screenshot tool if that won't work.
