Question Screw loose GPU

One of my GPU's screws that screw gpu backplate to the case is loose now !😭 , I was using it until today , today I had to unscrew that screw and when was to screw it again it was loose now and it was very tight before 😭 ! What can I do now ? Is the second time that this happens , now 2 of the 2 screws are loose , always have used one that is the same as the 3"5 HDD. The first time that happen I used a larger screw (big mistake , since it's nightmare to take it out ) , so now I am asking here before making a bigger mistake ...

Case is a nox coolbay SX the pci brackets are the type that didin't came with screws .
The GPU is a XFX GTS RX 580

Using Google search to find your case, I think you overtightened the screws or that you've cross threaded said screws. Mind sharing a video of what you're experiencing...? Include a picture of the screws as well to confirm my assumption that the screw threads had been stripped.

UPDATE: changed the screw to one thumbscrew and seems to be tighten until now . the top screw hole that was on worst shape and was used already a very large screw, have now a case fan screw , seem tight too and comes out more easily
