Screw with springs how can I install them

So I decided to clean my graphics card from dust and change the thermal paste . But it had screws with springs that I unscrewed to get the fan off the gpu . But now I don't know how to install the screws back in because the springs are in the way. How can I install the screws with springs back. Please help me.
