[SOLVED] Screwdriver touched motherboard while running

Screwdriver touched motherboard while it was running so it just shut off and it cut back on.It cuts on and all fans are spinning and lights are on but not getting signal too monitor. Im just wondering if I need to get a new motherboard

Try unplugging it from power for ten minutes and perform a CMOS reset.

Agreed, one last hail mary would be to disconnect everything and work your way up from the basics. CPU, one RAM module and PSU. Just to see if something else took the hit from the short circuit.
