Screwed, need help badly

I bought a microsoft surface 3 pro and when I got it home it was acting wierd so I restored it to a previous system restore point and that reverted the system to a old windows password, so I thought I would just install win10 on it to fix the problem and when I try that it asks for a bios password, is there anyway to bypass bios password or is there a backdoor password for surface 3s?

You will need to call Microsoft, or return it.
It is against forum rules to help bypass passwords.
It is in the TOS when you signed up.
