Screwed up environmental variable

Keep getting the dialogue box, The system could not find the environment option that was entered. I refuse to pay money for this fix. Any ideas will be welcome. Thankyou

What was entered? Need some more detail as to what happened. You need to go though the entries and check the paths. This is the usual ones you should have http://windows7tips.com/environment-variables-windows-vista-7.html

There may be more depending on what programs you have installed.
