All of the other screws came off normally but the top left screw here held on as if the universe would cease to exist if I removed it, and as a result I stripped it, the rubber band method isn't working and I don't have access to a dremel, what can I do now?

I can't really tell how much room you have there to work with. You might be able to get a small pair of vice grips and gently try to break the bonded grip it seem to have.

That advice is if your handy with this type of repair. If you don't trust yourself find someone you do trust who can remove it without damage.

Also better start looking on amazon for a replacement screw kit for laptops.

Is there enough give that you can grab the edges with a small set of pliers and manually turn the screw? You can also try steel wool if the rubber band trick didn't work.

If that doesn't work, you may need to have access to a drill and obtain a screw extractor set.

I could probably do that

Well I've dealt with lesser stripped screws before so I could probably do it

Screw kit aside, do you think I could super glue the screwdriver onto it, allow it to settle a bit and try then?

I can't say if the glue is a good idea . I never tried it. I do think vice grips just might have enough grab area but like I said hard to see how much meat there is to grab on to in your picture.

If not like DSzymborski suggested might need to get the drill out.

Again there is high risk of damage if you slip up.

Welp after a few more tries with a pair of pliers and kitchen knives, I managed to get a small - groove on it and screw it out, gonna replace it though.

Thanks for the help!
