I just got a new Corsair h100i rgb platinum cpu cooler and the screws that hold the radiator to the case don’t fit into the radiator. All the other screws worked fine.

The screws look the exact same as the ones in the video but they won’t go in at all.I have installed a couple of H100i and the screws look like the ones on this video.
