Screws to Mount All-in-One Liquid Cooler

This is a bit tricky usually. You need to match the threads that are in the radiator but also match the depth needed to hold the fan, but not impact the radiator. Taking the parts to the hardware store is the surest way and you can try available screws.

Online I would look at performance-pcs.com under radiator accessories. They have many types and lengths of screws designed for radiators.

So your fan is 25mm thick, so you would want 25mm plus screws, but not too much. Most of what I see out there are 25mm and 32mm, you may need to use washers between the screw head and fan to prevent screwing into the radiator fins. Or you can trim a screw with a hacksaw.

Yikes! Yeah, I figured it would be like that. Just about anything super-specific like this tends to be difficult.

My hope what that there would be someone on here with experience in it who could link me to something. If there is, that would still be greatly welcome!

Here is a link to the parts in case anyone's currious: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Eggz/saved/PHHgXL

It's going to be a small Lightroom/Photoshop workstation for a business.

I think a lot of products ship with 32mm screws. Whenever I work on someone else's machine with an all-in-one where the fan has been changed I almost always see the screws impacting the radiator. Doesn't usually penetrate, just pushes the fins out of the way and takes the paint off.

I know I ended up having to use different screws, but I am racking my brain as to which kit that came with. I have a few things from Arctic, XSPC, and Swiftech.

Might look into these:

At your local hardware store try to find these:

6-32x30mm
6-32x1.25"
