Question Scroll bar of icon view in file explorer has disappeared!

Hi,
The scroll bar of the icon's view panel in the file explorer has disappeared.
Is there a way I can get it back?

The scrollbar is only visible when it needs to be, ie. when the files don't fit into the window. Since you only have one file and one folder in the current window, the scrollbar is not needed.

To get it "back", you need to make sure all files and folders can't be seen without scrolling. Either by copying a bunch of files and/or folders to the current folder, or by resizing the window to really small.

Even if I copy a bunch of files, there is still no scroll bar.

It would probably be easier to help if we could see the whole window, including borders and title, instead of just a cutout in the middle.

Do you have the same problem if you set the view to Details?

You probably didn't get me. I'm not talking about the scroll bar of the file explorer's window, I'm talking about the scroll bar of the icon view's menu ( as you can see in the pic below, there are dots instead of the scroll bar).
