Scroll Wheel Stopped

So I was gaming, nothing too major. Pressed down on my scroll wheel and it made a popping sound. Now when I'm on webpages it won't scroll up or down. But I can manually press it down and use the arrow icons along with mouse directional movement to scroll. Any advice on what it can be? I have an Azza MOD935U Wired Gaming Optical Mouse.

Piece that attaches to scroll wheel itself and the inside part broke off, little piece of plastic that turns the main component when the scroll wheel is in use. Used a small driver to push it out, glued it back on and there you have it.
