Scrolling issues on a Laptop on Windows 10

Hello! I have a Toshiba laptop and I seem to have a really stupid and frustrating auto-feature in my laptop. My problem is that when I scroll on my Toshiba laptops's trackpad the screen/tab, etc. scrolls the other way. So if I'm scrolling down it will actually scroll up.

Could anyone help me if there are any possible solutions to this issue? I would want to make it 'normal' that when I scroll down on my trackpad it would actually also scroll down and not up. Thanks guys for for help!

Without knowing what Toshiba laptop you have its hard to say exactly but I would check out the mouse settings and try and change the "Multi-Finger" setting.
Or you could possibly enter registry editor: The item you need to change is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Alps\Apoint\InvertScrol lFlag Set it to 0 for touchpad-like scrolling and 33 hex for tochscreen-like.
