Scsi raid drivers for windows xp

Hello, i am installing windows xp on scsi drives but it does not detect the scsi drives tell me what is the reason

You need to load the drivers for the card when it asks for additional drivers during setup. It will pause and say "if you have any additional drivers that are needed, insert the disk now".
