Scuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a Samsung Syncmaster 700NF and there was a scuff on it when it arrived. The scuff is small and not to noticeable, but I would still like to get rid of it. Does anyone know if there is a scratch remover made for glass or if I could replace the glass plate?

Replacing the glass plate seems a bit too complicated. I'd imagine either go for a replacement through your merchandiser or try to look for a scuff repairer through Google.com or something. 'fraid I can't really help you. Sorry about your scuff.

You should try to return the monitor. The glass IS the CRT. It can't be replaced. The scuff is probably damage to the anti-glare coating on the glass. I don't think it can be fixed.
