Look at it this way - both are great coolers in their own right, but they serve different purposes.
FUMA 2: Great cooling performance that allows for some overclocking - if you're into that sort of thing.
Goes toe-to-toe with some of the more expensive coolers out there; awesome value.

Ninja 5: Hands down, one of the best low noise cpu air coolers available equipped with 800rpm fans; pretty inaudible.
At the same time, that's its weakness; this was not intended for overclocking. The large heatsink does allow it to handle high TDP cpus on their stock/balanced power profiles reasonably well.
