Scythe Katana 3 vs Cooler Master Votex plus

Hi, i was just wondering which cpu cooler to buy. I have a pretty low budge of about $20-30.

Should i go for the cooler master vortex plus

Yes i will be doing a little bit of overclocking but not too much. I'm looking for the cooler that performs the best and isnt too loud. I dont think size will matter for I plan on keeping my case open.

They are all very good coolers, I would recommend the vortex among these 3, but with just a little more you can get a hyper 212 Evo, rated the best "bang for your buck" around this price range.

In terms of overclocking, higher end cooler may be recommended which may be more costly, such as the V8.
