I noticed the heatpipes did not seem to be smashed flat, then soldered to a heatsink, which allows the heatpipes to be in direct contact with the CPU like most of the other CPU coolers I have looked at. The heatsink appears to be quite massive, sandwiching the heatpipes between the two blocks which is probably cheaper to make. Which implementation do you think provides the better cooling solution?
