Question Scythe Mugen 5 PCGH edition vs Cooler Master ML 120 Lite help

I am building my first PC and i did not know which one should i use for my system. I play games and render videos and i use Ryzen 7 2700X. I saw some reviews that say both of them are 65 degree at 4.5GHz load. But the prices are so different (35€ vs 56€). Can anyone help me?

4.5GHz with 65c on a cooler like that ? Not likely unless on an iceberg near North pole. That Mugen should give you satisfactory temps with 4.2 - 4.25GHz if you can stay at about 1.4v or less.
