Scythe Mugen Max will it fit on my mobo

Hello everyone.
My question is that will the Scythe Mugen Max fit on the Gigabyte GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming mobo or the ASRock Fatal1ty Preformance Series E3V5 mobo i know that the socket is compatible and i tried to get an answer from the scythe forum but hey that place is full of spammers so i camed here with my question

Yes, it should fit. Also the radiator is offset. So, there shouldn't be any fan clearance issues with the RAM. At the worst you'd have to move the fan up a couple notches.
