SD and MMC card question

hi
i want to buy a HP Photosmart R707 and a SD or MMC card.
Since the camera supports SD and MMC i will be able to download the
pictures stored in the cards through the camera USB->PC connection? or i
need a SD/MMC reader?

It comes with a usb cable so you don't need anything else.
But the dock is really nice and will handle the downloads and then you
can also get printers that will read the cards, or card readers, or
lots of stuff.
